Please keep two things in mind as you view these pictues.
1. I didn't go out of my way to find these problems. All of these pictures are taken in areas of the building where I go about my business. I didn't visit any other floors looking for problems. These obvious problems raise for me serious questions about the conditions in the areas of the buidling that no owners have access to such as the HVAC, mechanical, electrical and elevator systems. If the easy to maintain areas are this neglected, what is behind the locked doors?
2. These pictues were mostly taken on September 14, 2010 and the problems all existed 2 weeks later when I posted them on this website. Obviously problems have been ignored for longer than that. I hope the problems will all be corrected before the AGM on October 19th, 2010.
